The Tomioka 55mm f1.2 is a legendary lens that was produced under several names but in low volumes. It is one of the fastest lenses to be found in the M42 lens mount and is a prized lens both by users and collectors. It features a blazingly fast maximum aperture of f1.2 (minimum f16). It can focus as close as 0.5 meters. It has an eight aperture blade arrangement and the typical A/M switch at the base of the lens barrel.
